By accessing and using the SSLTrackr service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SSLTrackr is a SaaS platform designed to monitor the expiration of your SSL certificates, domain names (WHOIS), and the quality of your SSL configuration (grading). We send proactive alerts based on your preferences (Email, SMS, Slack, Webhook, etc.).

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use SSLTrackr only for lawful purposes and to monitor domain names that you own or are responsible for. Any malicious use, automated abuse to overload our servers, or attempts to bypass system security are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. User Account

To use our service, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Billing and Payments

SSLTrackr offers a free tier and premium paid plans. The free tier allows you to monitor a limited number of domains indefinitely. For paid plans, billing occurs monthly or annually in advance. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. In the event of payment failure, we reserve the right to suspend premium features (like SMS, extra Webhooks, etc.) on your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time without further charges. Refunds for any partial subscription period are generally not provided, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While SSLTrackr aims to alert you reliably, the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of revenue, or reputational harm resulting from an expired SSL certificate or unrenewed domain name. It remains your ultimate responsibility to ensure the renewal of your assets.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications are effective immediately upon posting on this page. By continuing to use the service after such changes, you consent to the revised terms.
